2020 Series

Agnieszka Kopczyńska - Kardaś

New paintings from the "2020" series. Images are darker. They talk about the fear and uncertainty that gripped everyone during the Covid 2020 epidemic. Vibrant colors are eaten away by dark Prussian blue and black. Small orange and pink accents left behind are like glimmers of hope for a return to normal life. As usual, the series will contain about 20 works.

It is a story about human fear, helplessness and the fight for hope.

How the colors of the series will change, I don't know?

How will life affect me in fear and uncertainty?

The paintings were titled with the months in which they were created, starting from March 2020, i.e. the month when the pandemic was officially announced in Poland and operational restrictions were imposed.
