Complaints and returns

Filing a complaint:

In order to submit a complaint, the complaint form must be filled in correctly and sent to the e-mail address or to the company's seat. The seller has 14 days to consider the complaint and respond.

PROCEDURE FOR DEALING WITH COMPLAINTS

Complaints should be addressed to the Seller in writing or by e-mail to the following address:

The customer may use the complaint template available in the store, but this is not a condition for considering the complaint.
Complaint form

  • If it is found that the shipment with the Goods is damaged, has suffered a loss or damage, the Customer should immediately (no later than within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment) submit a complaint to the Seller. Such action will allow you to pursue claims against the carrier. This is not a condition for considering the Consumer's complaint.

  • The complaint should contain a detailed description of the problem and the Customer's request, possibly also photographic documentation.

  • The Seller undertakes to consider the Customer's complaint within 30 days, and the Consumer's complaint within 14 days. If the Seller does not respond to the Consumer's complaint within 14 days, it is considered to be justified.

  • If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will take appropriate action.

NOTICE ABOUT THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To keep the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract:
in the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will reimburse the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees in connection with this return. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the item or until proof of its return is provided to us, depending on which event occurs first.

Please send back or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We indicate that you are responsible for reducing the value of things resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things.

The personal data provided by you will be processed by the Seller for purposes related to the execution of your withdrawal from the contract and the fulfillment of related requests, and on the terms set out in the relevant legal provisions. You have the right to request the data administrator to access your data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, or object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
